We serve as a trusted advisor customizing our services to meet the specific needs of our clients and development partners, who consist of for-profits, non-profits and emerging developers new to the affordable housing industry or to the New York City market.

Strada Ventures LLC applied to be a New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) Pre-Qualified Owner’s Representative for property owners seeking to develop or preserve high quality affordable housing or mixed use projects. Strada is currently registering for Women-Owned Business Enterprise certification with the New York City Department of Small Business Services and the New York State Department of State.
