Avery Dement Selected for the Urban Design Forum’s 2025-2026 Global Exchange Fellowship

Strada is proud to announce that Avery Dement was selected to participate in the Urban Design Forum’s 2025-2026 Global Exchange Fellowship. She will spend 9 months engaging in deep policy research on the “big swings” that cities around the world are taking to solve the housing crisis. She will travel to Tokyo to meet with government officials, academics, and practitioners and learn about the innovative policies that are being implemented in Japan. Her focus during the fellowship will be on the topic of energizing social housing.
