Strada Assists Yonkers Non-Profit Secure 9% LIHTC Award

Strada is proud to have successfully assisted in the application for and award of 9% LIHTC credits through HCR's 2024 Multifamily Finance 9% LIHTC RFP. The funding will support the new construction of 80 units of supportive and affordable rental housing in a town in upstate New York owned by a non-profit based in Yonkers. 9% LIHTC credits are a scarce resource in affordable housing development, but are critical to making new construction projects like this one possible.
