Strada Is Excited to Announce the Promotions of Evan Easterbrooks-Dick and Ben Schwartz

Strada is thrilled to announce the promotions of Evan Easterbrooks-Dick and Ben Schwartz.

Evan Easterbrooks-Dick was promoted to Director in July 2026. Since joining Strada, Evan has become one of our most trusted staff with both experienced and first-time developers. His strong diplomacy and negotiating skills and his ability to move a process forward in a way that engenders trust from all parties have made him an invaluable asset to our clients. Evan is also a gifted teacher: he has led in-depth underwriting training series for clients across the industry, and he was invited to co-teach ‘Affordable Housing Development in NYC’ at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.

Ben Schwartz was promoted to Project Manager in July 2026. Ben joined Strada as an intern while completing his Master’s in Urban Planning at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, and came on full-time as an Assistant Project Manager. Ben has demonstrated industry skills and professionalism beyond his years of experience. He has jumped into projects in the middle of predevelopment, gotten up to speed incredibly fast, and become a critical team member who is instrumental in getting projects to construction loan closing.

Evan and Ben bring a wealth of experience and a passion for affordable and supportive housing. We congratulate them both on their promotions. We look forward to their continued growth at Strada and their contributions to the industry.
