Strada Prepared and Obtained Affordable Housing Program Funds for 2 Rehabilitation Projects

During the Spring 2025 round, Strada prepared and submitted two applications for Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of New York.  Strada is pleased to announce that both applications were successfully awarded; our applications were 2 of the 41 awards made.  AHP is FHLB’s competitive grant funding program that supports the rehabilitation and new construction of affordable housing across the country and in US territories. This funding will support two substantial rehabilitation projects that Strada’s clients are pursuing and will help make these affordable housing projects possible.
