Strada is Proud to Share Appointment of Adam Phillips

Strada Ventures LLC is excited to announce that Adam Phillips, Strada Director, has been appointed as the First Deputy Commissioner at the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). During his time at Strada, Adam specialized in the pre-development and development of tenant-in-place rehabilitation projects.

Adam built strong relationships with his clients and colleagues at Strada through his warm, approachable demeanor and steady competence. He is a thoughtful teacher, a skilled communicator, and brings humor and levity to the at-times challenging work of preserving and developing affordable housing. He understands the significance and responsibility associated with rehabilitating or building people’s homes, never losing sight of the real person who is impacted by each decision we make. Because of this deep care, Adam advocates fiercely for his projects and is steadfast in bringing them to fruition. Adam is someone you’re always glad to have on your team. While Strada is sad to see him go, we are cheering him on in his exciting new role.
